i watch the show all the time, i also watch richard davis, he is an honest man i can tell from all the other,…sam..and the atlanta crew are a bunch of frauds, one way i can tell is you never see sam or anyone else geting permits, and its like they can get a dumpster bin in 1 day, YOU NEED A PERMIT TO DROP ONE ON THE STREET, im only 16 but i know a few things..and as far as one show went, sam toor the roof off of a house to make an upper deck….WHY WOULD YOU JUST GO IN AND RIP IT OFF WITHOUT ANY SUPPORTS IN PLACE….but what does sam do…he just rips the roof off and then the next day it rains…sam told his crew to put a tarp over the roof..they did..but like a bunch of dumb people they put it on the CATCH THE WATER….WE ALL KNOW IF THEY WERE REAL CONTRACTORS THEY WOULD KNOW HOW TO PUT A TARP ON dont you think ?…aside from the permits iv seen the links for his court documents and such…their legit and yes sam IS A FRAUD, its sad how people think they can get there way just because they have/had a tv series run a FEW eppisiodes till someone caught on…anyway he did 1 home i remember he remoddeled 3 rooms of a 7 bedroom home, they cameras NEVER showed those 3 rooms again even after he “finished” the rehab…and again show me a contractor who will do a complete rehab for less thne 20,000 dollars and i would make him my right hand man for when i go out there on my own in a few years…and in i researched the area homes from where those homes he rehab stand at..the home he ” bought ” was ” 406,000″ and listed after rehabd for ” 611,000 ” now somone please slap the guy if your going to lie atleast make it belivable..when i researched those homes NO HOME IN THAT PART OF ATLANTA WAS LISTED FOR MORE THEN $211,000 …… sams a fraud and you all know it your just to stuck up in his @ss to belive he is a fraud who takes peoples money and is VERY dishonest about it.

If anyone out there can give some tips or be a ” mentor ” persay for a young investor because im only 16 years old and investing is what i want to do with my life because i refuse to end up like my mom working 8-8 job in a factory and my dad is in prision so basicly im own my own…

A real investor would realize that the rate of return on 22’s is not 22% a year but rather reflects the rate of return you have on your intelligence and education. Uhhh - buy the house first then the car! This approach may serve your future a little better but I would not be surprised if you cannot afford both.

Big deal you use big words - there are idiots in jail who spew words out of a dictionary claiming to be smart - but wait they are in jail!!! And you claiming that GOD is your hero - don’t use the common rouse of some two bit hustler. A masters degree does not make you better because a true measure of an individual is seen through their actions. At 24, if even this is this habitual liar’s real age — how can he have the audacity to speak of W-2’s as if he’s done and seen it all. He’s still in diapers. Obviously.

My wife is a W-2 worker, as are my parents and as was I up until just a year ago before going into real estate.

And I would not be where I am today if not for my wife and parents and all the jobs I’ve had to get me where I am. It’s interesting too because my wife actually makes more than I do right now. W-2 and all Tierrell.
