Look at the housing market folks. House flipping is going the way that Day Trading did in 2000. Some seasoned people will be able to continue to survive doing it during the next 5 years, but for majority of you chasing the boom, it's over.... as will be this show on A&E unless it just turns into a simple love-to-hate-them or 'T&A' show. In that case, they might squeeze out one more season.

uh, lori... did u EVER watch any of the stuff Richard and the crew did to each other?

LOTS of kidding around... even their real estate agent was in on a few things...

asking people to go get coffee for you or throwing roaches at them (both the top cheese dogs actions on recent tacky San Antonio shows) is NOT fun to watch..

I KINDA LIKE THE MONTELONGOS. THEY ARE LIKE "REAL" PEOPLE. I MEAN, THEY PLAY PRACTICAL JOKES ON EACH OTHER, THEY BRING THEIR KIDS TO WORK, AND THEY SHOW YOU WHAT THEIR FAMILY LIFE IS LIKE OUTSIDE OF WORK. THEY DONT ALWAYS AGREE ON EVERYTHING, BUT , AT THE END OF EACH SHOW THEY SHOW YOU THAT THEY ARE STILL FAMILY AND THAT IT IS OK TO DISAGREE. I MEAN, I LIKED RICHARD AND HIS CREW, BUT LETS FACE IT... THAT WHOLE GROUP WALKED AROUND WITH A STICK UP THERE *** AND IT WAS ALL WORK AND NO PLAY.

It seems that A&E sure screwed up by letting Richard's cast get away from them. I am yet to find anyone who can actually stomach watching the Montelongos. The way they treat their contractors on the show is hideous. It gives a bad name to the industry. I will definitely be looking for Richard's cast on whichever network they move to.

i have tried to watch the montelongo's but they are virtually unwatchable. Talk about an unentertaining, bad acting, cheesy looking group of characters.

anyone that was part of the decision making for this cast should be flogged and fired.

Whoever decided that the new cast was a good idea should step forward and ask themselves just what would make fans of flip this house want to watch people as unethical and abusive as the montolongos go out and humiliate subcontractors while explioting sellers as the strut around like roosters. Yeah +
I have my latin pride. But nooo waaay would I want to even be associated with people like this. God bless ya richard. And as for the creator of this website congratulations on exposing all the dirt and misrepresentations from this new soon to be forgotten cast. Keep up the great work...

Frankly, the appeal of the show was Richard, Ginger, Dawn, etc., those personalities, and the fact that they appeared to work ethically.

The San Antonio season has been a huge disappointment, not only because of the cast change, but because of Montelongo's. From what I've observed on the show, they aren't ethical, they don't bother to pay their contractors a living wage, and if they can use sub-standard materials they will. And I won't even get started on the fact that Armando acts like a arrogant pig. The fact that A&E taped an entire season with the Montelongo's and decided it would make for good television is frankly beyond me.

I can only hope that with season 4 they follow a company that has a few more principles and demonstrates more ethical behavior.

On the departure films website this image here says they created Flip This House.

It seems the contracted help decided that the whole idea was their own.
