I love "Richard and the Gang" and my jaw dropped when I saw that there was a new cast (actually 2). It's October 2007 so the new season is out and I'm elated to see new episodes. My friends and I watch every episode and can't get enough. We've flipped 3 houses over the past year and we want to thank you for all the insight you've given us through your show. Kepp it up y'all!! I searched and found you all on TLC, had no idea about the lawsuit. The name changes to the current show were confusing but the content and professionalism remained, and that is what is important. I admire Richard's directness and candor, sometimes I crack up listening to him. What advice do you have to anyone desiring to start flipping, securing financing, finding the right property and not overpaying, hiring the reliable & competent people, selling at the right price, and reinvesting profits?
