I work with investors and have done several of these and they can cost alot more money for all the upgrades that they do on these shows. cabinets and granite solid peices are expensive. they also mislead people on what the commissions are for listing costs. All of these have been in a climbing market. The unrealistic up market we have had that is now tanking would give you an increase in value even if you did abad job. Lets see how they do in the falling market we have now. Loan programs have disappeared and people just cant qualify without the stated income interest only. these flipping shows are so unrealistic. I still prefer team Trademark.. but the Yale team is a nice choice over any of the others Flip This House has had on.. that is besides team trademark.
