I must have missed this episode when it first came out, but I was pissed to see how Gus took advantage of Richard. After all he did for the guy! Didn't pay 1 cent of rent for over a year, and on top of all that trashed the place??? Kudos for Ginger to stand up for what was right. Just goes to show you how "real" a person like Richard is. Can you imagine if Armando had a tenant that didn't pay rent???? Man, I’ll tell you what. But I wonder why they changed the name mid-stream from The Real Deal to Real Estate Pros. Did they get sued from some other show by the same name?
