Although, I would disagree with the last one (the one titled ahhhh!), i think that was a creative picture, and will either help or make no differnece. No way it will hurt. I have seen adds for a house in color with a graphic stating that a photograph in not available. That always makes me think the house is so bad that the graphic is a better option than the photo. I have also looked at photos online before touring a house and wondering why they wouldn't clean the clutter up before taking pictures.
