It’s Lovely! I’ll Take It!

Remember, it’s always important to put your best foot forward when marketing your property.
I have often wondered what home owners and agents are thinking with the pictures they put in the paper and on the MLS. I have seen adds for a house in color with a graphic stating that a photograph in not available. That always makes me think the house is so bad that the graphic is a better option than the photo. I have also looked at photos online before touring a house and wondering why they wouldn’t clean the clutter up before taking pictures. Only to tour the house and find that it was the cleaned up version. Go figure.
it is interesting some of the pictures people take to showcase a property.
Although, I would disagree with the last one (the one titled ahhhh!), i think that was a creative picture, and will either help or make no differnece. No way it will hurt. I would consider mixxing in a simalar type of picture to one of my properties.
