Ginger: Hello To All of Our Friends and Future Partners Out There!

Ginger sent the following email today:

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to thank all of you for your continued support. I cannot say much because of the lawsuit that is still pending against the network and production company, but I would like to say how much we appreciate that you are still sticking by us and not forgetting!

Many of you have shown great interest in becoming Area Partners throughout the country (and world) with Trademark Properties. I just wanted to let you know that we are working diligently on this and you will each be receiving a package from us by the end of the year with more details. The unexpected changes that we were going through when we announced the Area Partnerships have delayed things a little bit. We apologize for this delay and want you to know that we are very excited about the expansion of Trademark Properties!

I would like to stress that the new crews on “Flip this House” have absolutely nothing to do with Trademark Properties. These are not our Area Partners nor will they ever be. There has been a great deal of deception with the way the show is being marketed, and I want to assure you all that they have absolutely no association with us! Trademark Properties is a full service real estate machine and flipping houses is just a portion of what we do. I am very excited to meet all of you and get the ball rolling on the most successful real estate roll out in history. Richard has worked for the past 20 years making sure he had the perfect system before he shared it with the world – we want to make sure all misconceptions are cleared up and each of you know we do not do the same type of business as these substitute crews.

We are almost finished with the new season which will air in January, so we will keep you posted on all the upcoming details, news, and events! We have the first 3 months of the year blocked off for choosing our Area Partners and plan to do Season 2 all over the country with our new partners! Again, I can’t wait to meet you all and thanks for hanging tight–Trademark is definitely worth the wait! For those of you who are not familiar with the Area Partnerships, please visit www.trademarkareapartners.com to sign up for more information – we look forward to discussing it further with you! Please continue to visit the imdb.com website (http://imdb.com/title/tt0476041/ ) and post your comments there – we love reading them! See you all soon and keep in touch! Corie keeps me up to date on everyone! 🙂

Thanks!
Ginger

The people at A&E surely didn’t watch the show. My DVR is set to record every one. After watching the group from TX, I can not believe that they would be on more than once. The difference in professionalism is so clear as to be silly. I can only watch and fast forward thru the non Trademark episodes (those I save). Last night the Atlanta group painted ALL the trim in the house BLACK, it was a funny 15min. until I couldn’t take it anymore.
Trademark team, keep up the good work and I hope to see you back in some form or other.

The new show is kinda funny to me as they don’t seem to realize what a turn-off they really are. I mean who would hire these morons after seeing them on tv? It’s too bad people with such questionable ethics can be stars of a show…America shouldn’t be characterized as the land of the exploiters.

  3. Mike says:

The comment above was in reference to the 2nd season Hosuton group, not Trademark Properties. Sorry for any confusion as I love the Trademark people.

  4. Scott says:

The 2nd season is the San Antonio people and and yes they are totally unwatchable.

  5. Rebekah says:

Richard and his contractor where so funny. I think the Montelongo’s are rude and screw people out of money. Ginger I love the way you deal with Richard. I find that when I watch any of the 2nd Season stuff I yell at the t.v. how retarded they are. I hope Trademark properties continues the great work.

  6. Gloria Smith says:

So glad we finally found out what happened to you all!! Wow, were we suprised when the new season began and it was in Texas. We said, ” Where is Richard, Dawn, and Ginger??” Can’t wait to see the new show . . . hurry . . . we miss you all something terrbile.

  7. Laura says:

Does anyone know what network the new season in January will be on? I agree with all the above comments. We do not like the new crews on Flip This House. The San Antonio cast are not only rude, but arrogant and selfish.

  8. Justin says:

We really miss you guys. I don’t watch that much televion, but one program I do (or did!) watch was yours. Please come back on the air as soon as you can. And best of luck with the new roll-out.

  9. John says:

I agree with all the above comments. I too would like to know when the new show is going to air and on what channel. Does anyone have any information about that yet?

  10. Jeff says:

Ginger can you better explain this partnership program you have?

Let’s not garner any more attention to the San Antonio crew.. everytime we speak of them we promote them.. how about we just forget them.. and stay on target with the Trademark crew, and the lawsuit and the new show they have coming out.

Speaking of the law suit, has a date been set yet?

And thanks Mark Lyon for this site and giving people a forum to speak their mind.

How many millions of dollars does it take to become an “investor” with Trademark?
I never received a package when i was told that i’d receive one. I’m really let down. I was told on more than one occasion i’d be receiving a package from Ginger and never got one. Yes, my address is correct.
I’m a real estate investor who flips houses regularly.
All these reality shows are FAKE.

  12. Kristi says:

    Part 2:
Imagine my frustration of waiting and waiting for an investment package. I was told several times i’d be receiving one!!!!!
Did i not make enough money and you all just pass me up or what?
    I’m very hurt about it.
    ~Kristi
